Salesforce Project Manager

A global Salesforce partner, carving a niche in the successful delivery of Salesforce Industries projects (formerly Vlocity), are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager. Despite only being established in March 2020, they have already grown to 200+ people and are delivering, complex, £5mil+ greenfield projects to household names in the telco, utilities/energy and insurance sectors.

Due to the size and complex nature of the projects they are delivering, they are looking for Project Managers who have extensive experience overseeing these kind of projects for large consulting organisations (IBM, PwC, Accenture etc).

Main Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects.
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Having full ownership of projects from budgeting, scheduling, team management, risk and quality.
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Working with the leadership team to define internal processes and project delivery methods.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • 3+ years experience delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Previously worked in a Salesforce consulting environment.
  • Delivered highly complex projects, in budget.
  • Managed nearshore and offshore teams.
  • Experience in the telco, utilities/energy or insurance industries (nice to have).

Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Majoratively remote, with sporadic visits to their London office and client locations.

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
