Role: SAP Implementation Change Lead
Length: 10-months initially with a view to extend

We are currently supporting one of our leading clients in their search for a S/4 HANA Change Manager. This is a migration programme currently using another ERP solution and looking to migrate into S/4 HANA.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in organisational change management, particularly in large-scale IT transformations such as ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to front-line employees.
• Deep understanding of business processes, systems, and the impact of change on people and culture.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training and communication materials for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.

Missions

• Collecter, dans les délais impartis, les informations financières et de gestion transmises par les filiales,
• Intégrer les données de gestion dans le logiciel de consolidation,
• Contrôler les informations remontées par les filiales en liaison avec les équipes financières,
• Identifier les opérations spécifiques nécessitant un traitement comptable/IFRS particulier,
• Préparer les écritures de consolidation récurrentes,
• Participer à la validation des capitaux propres, au tableau des flux de trésorerie, à la preuve d'impôt,
• Former les équipes aux règles comptables Groupe (principes IFRS), aux outils de consolidation et de reporting,
• Participer à la collecte des informations pour les besoins de la communication financière,
• Participer à l'exercice de consolidation budgétaire,
• Participer à la veille réglementaire (IFRS, fiscalité…),
• Participer à la recherche et à la mise en place du nouvel outil de consolidation,
• Aider au paramétrage du logiciel de consolidation et au maintien des interfaces.

Compétences techniques

• Maîtrise des règles de consolidation
• Normes internationales IFRS
• Maîtrise de l'outil Excel
• Maîtrise de l'Anglais
• Connaissance de l'outil SAP FC

• Formation de niveau Bac +3 minimum selon expériences

Requirements:

• 5+ years security architecture expertise with broad understanding of multiple security domains
• Broad project involvement - Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Risk Management life cycles based on an established framework: ISO 27001, SANS, NIST SP 800-53
• Sound knowledge of enterprise security concepts/frameworks and products, secure design principles and patterns
• Strong documentation and report writing skills (to both technical and business audiences)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of policy frameworks and understanding of policies, procedures, guideline structure
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC, CCSP, CCSK or equivalent is preferred

• Ottime capacità di gestione di team e di coordinamento delle attività progettuali.

• Disponibilità a lavorare in sede a Milano con eventuali trasferte limitate.
