Description du Poste :

Dans un environnement complexe et évolutif, vous rejoignez l'équipe de consolidation composée de 6 consolideurs et 2 managers. Le service assure le suivi des normes IFRS et l'intégralité du processus de consolidation, depuis la formation des filiales jusqu'à la publication des rapports financiers.

Missions Principales :

  • Revue des Liasses Filiales : Analyse des consolidations semestrielles et annuelles.
  • Rapports Financiers : Mise à jour et évolution des états financiers publiés.
  • Veille Normative : Suivi des évolutions IFRS, notamment IFRS 18, et anticipation des impacts réglementaires.
  • Projets Outils : Contribution au changement d'outil de gestion des disclosures financiers.
  • Relations Externes : Collaboration avec les auditeurs externes et représentation auprès des instances professionnelles.
  • Support Technique et Pédagogique : Formation et accompagnement des filiales sur les normes et processus.

Compétences Requises :

  • Expertise Normative : Solide connaissance des normes IFRS et de leurs évolutions.
  • Gestion de Projet : Capacité à coordonner des initiatives stratégiques et techniques.
  • Rigueur et Organisation : Gestion des priorités en période de clôture.
  • Aptitudes Rédactionnelles : Communication claire et concise en français.

Profil Recherché :

  • Formation Bac +5 (Audit, Finance, Gestion) ou équivalent.
  • 4-5 ans d'expérience en cabinet d'audit, conseil ou services financiers.
  • Anglais courant indispensable
  • Maîtrise de SAP FC est un atout.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Protection Lead to join their dynamic team. As the Data Protection Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations across the business. You will play a key role in managing all data protection strategies, working closely with various departments to implement and maintain compliance.

  • This position is based in Crewe, UK.
  • This role is full-time, with 5 days a week on-site in the Crewe office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of data protection policies and practices across the company.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and other relevant data protection regulations.

Salesforce & Systems Administrator:

Look no further! Technology is paramount to being able to effectively engage with their partners and for staff to be able to perform their roles. As the Salesforce & Systems Administrator, you will be play a key role in continuing to develop robust systems (mainly Salesforce) to meet the increasing demand for technology and data driven decisions.

Working alongside the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the growing usage and success of Salesforce, as well as IT systems more broadly. As part of your role, you'll also be expected to provide desktop support and ensure that committee meetings run smoothly with the latest audio and visual software. Managing Salesforce is the core element to the role and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in integration and AI projects (amongst other things), as well as day-to-day support.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have:

  • 2+ years Salesforce experience in a commercial environment
  • Provided IT support across other tools (Office 365, meeting software etc)
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders, senior management and external partners/suppliers
  • A solution driven mindset - able to solve a variety of IT and technical problems
  • Salesforce certifications (nice to have)

This role is based in Central London and the successful individual will be expected to work from their office 2/week (Tuesday's and Wednesday's), working remotely the rest of the week. They are paying up to £45k + great benefits including: 10% employer pension contribution, 30 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and private healthcare.
