Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Cloud FinOps Specialist to lead cost optimisation and cloud financial management initiatives within a large-scale AWS enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement cloud financial management strategies across AWS environments

  • Identify, analyse, and execute opportunities for cost optimisation at scale

  • Utilise AWS Cost Explorer, CloudWatch, and third-party tools for detailed cost analysis and reporting


Requirements:

- Hands-on AWS cost optimisation experience
- 5+ years in Cloud FinOps or Cloud Cost Management, ideally with a background in Platform Engineering

- Strong grasp of AWS pricing (compute, storage, networking, databases)
- Proficiency with FinOps tools & financial concepts (TCO, ROI, forecasting)
- Experience with Kubernetes & container cost optimisation

Lawrence Harvey are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with in-depth knowledge of Dayforce Payroll to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's payroll function. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while managing a small team of payroll administrators.   • Ensure seamless business-as-usual (BAU) payroll operations, addressing routine and complex payroll issues proactively.

  • Act as the Dayforce Payroll SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the business. Troubleshoot system issues, support configuration changes, and liaise with IT and vendors as required.

  • Ensure payroll procedures adhere to statutory regulations and internal policies. Prepare for and support internal and external audits.

  • Generate, review, and analyse payroll reports. Provide insights to finance and HR teams as needed.
